Machinist wanted in Butler County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machinist in Butler County, Alabama. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. Day to day you will topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. What we are looking for: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
