Immediate opening: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Oconto County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
