Carpenter — Chickasaw County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a carpenter in Chickasaw County, Mississippi. You will work in a cabinet-making workshop. On a typical shift you will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. You should have: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Own basic hand tools We offer $10,500 per project plus benefits.
