Coating plant operator wanted in Sullivan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Sullivan County, Pennsylvania. The job is on an industrial coating line. Day-to-day duties: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 4+ years on the tools preferred.
