Great opportunity: we are hiring a spray painter in Essex, England. The job is at a property maintenance company. Requirements: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Your main tasks: • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns Full-time with occasional weekends.
