Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Orange County, New York. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage.
