Coating plant operator — Lincoln Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations 3+ years on the tools preferred.
