Immediate opening: crane operator (Kansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane operator in Ellis County, Kansas. You will fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; read and interpret the load chart before every lift. Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Full-time, day shift.
