Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Rockwall County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension Requirements: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Six days a week, one day off.
