Die-casting operator • Randolph County, Georgia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Randolph County, Georgia. The job is in the melting bay of a steel foundry. You will skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor 2+ years on the tools preferred.
