Offshore rigger — Kern County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Kern County, California. Your main tasks: • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
