Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Iron County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
