Tower crane operator • Walton County, Georgia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Walton County, Georgia. The job is in a steel fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure Requirements: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Current medical and eyesight certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
