Vertical transportation technician • Sweet Grass County, Montana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Sweet Grass County, Montana. You will be based at a busy lift company. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work The role involves: • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $8,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
