Join our team: we are hiring an assembly operator in Martin County, Minnesota. You will work at an automotive parts factory. Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Day to day you will keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; follow the work instruction sheet for each station.
