Immediate opening: coating plant operator (Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Campbell County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 4+ years on the tools preferred.
