Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Henry County, Iowa. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On a typical shift you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
