Vacancy available: milling machine operator (Maryland)

Join our team: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Washington County, Maryland. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. The role involves: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to grind and set HSS cutters 4+ years on the tools preferred.
