Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience.
