Powder coating operator — Gove County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Gove County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
