You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes You will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
