Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Chickasaw County, Mississippi. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
