Visual inspection operator — North East Lincolnshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in North East Lincolnshire, England. Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits On a typical shift you will raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
