We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Titus County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
