Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Full-time with occasional weekends.
