MIG/MAG welder • Elbert County, Georgia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Elbert County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing Requirements: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
