We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. You will be based in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
