We are recruiting: we are hiring a delivery driver in Cook County, Illinois. The job is with a transport contractor. Requirements: • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and overtime • Good knowledge of city roads, routes and shortcuts The role involves: • Carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights • Handle cash on delivery and reconcile the day's collections • Keep the cabin and load area clean and tidy • Keep fuel receipts and update the daily trip sheet • Deliver goods to customers and collect signatures or proof of delivery • Follow loading sequence so first-drop parcels stay within reach Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
