We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Clinch County, Georgia. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
