We are recruiting: we are hiring a presser in Elliott County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets You will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics.
