We are recruiting: kitchen steward (Alabama)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
