Join our team: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. You will be based at a new-build housing development. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites On the job you will handle: • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
