Lift installation engineer — Pittsylvania County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. The job is at a busy lift company. You will run load and overload tests with test weights; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox. You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Valid driving licence for site call-outs 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
