Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Saguache County, Colorado. On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
