Dishwasher — Marshall County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Marshall County, Kansas. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Full-time, day shift.
