Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
