Construction labourer — Sequatchie County

Join our team: we are hiring a construction labourer in Sequatchie County, Tennessee. You will be based with a civil contractor. The role involves: • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations Requirements: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Part-time with flexible hours.
