Meat trimmer — Sokoto South

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Sokoto South, Sokoto State. The job is at a halal meat counter. Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
