PVC profile cutter — Starke County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Starke County, Indiana. You will be based on a window-and-door production line. Ideal candidate: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors On the job you will handle: • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
