Restoration bricklayer — Sainte Genevieve County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Sainte Genevieve County, Missouri. The role involves buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings. What we are looking for: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
