Car refinisher — Gaston County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a car refinisher in Gaston County, North Carolina. You should have: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale You will apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $20 per hour, based on your experience.
