Bread baker wanted in Greenlee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Greenlee County, Arizona. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 3+ years on the tools preferred.
