Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. You will be based in a busy paint shop. You will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
