Groundsman wanted in Gujba

Join our team: we are hiring a groundsman in Gujba, Yobe State. On the job you will handle: • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings You should have: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting 4+ years on the tools preferred.
