Coating plant operator • Phillips County, Arkansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Phillips County, Arkansas. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
