Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Waller County, Texas. On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
