Vacancy available: we are hiring a commercial painter in Central Bedfordshire, England. You will be based in a factory paint shop. Requirements: • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Day to day you will mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. £2,650 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
