Cement mason — Herefordshire

Join our team: we are hiring a cement mason in Herefordshire, England. Your main tasks: • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
