VMC operator wanted in Crawford County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a VMC operator in Crawford County, Ohio. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. You will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Six days a week, one day off. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
