Immediate opening: surface coating operator (Illinois)

Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Marion County, Illinois. You will be based in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
